Andreas Lie est un artiste norvégien qui utilise la technique de double exposition (ou surimpression) afin de juxtaposer des images d'animaux sauvages aux photos de leurs milieux naturels. Fortement inspiré par les grands espaces et les paysages nordiques, ce procédé lui permet de mettre à l'honneur la faune et la flore de son pays en associant, entre autres, les denses forêts scandinaves aux animaux qui y vivent.
