Mario peut compter sur les joueurs qu'il a vu grandir pour le représenter dans tous ses états. Sur la toile, les fan arts se multiplient et des tendances se dégagent… Dont celle de transformer le gentil plombier en vrai badass. Quand on y pense, un moustachu musclé qui lance des boules de feu, qui saute sur ses ennemis pour les écraser et qui donne des grands coups de pieds aux tortues pour les faire tomber dans des trous, c'est un sacré profil de brutasse.
